Born in Cape Town, South Africa, Andre is a seasoned digital entrepreneur with extensive experience working in the demand-side of the Residency and Citizenship By Investment industry.
After graduating from Rhodes University (BJourn Rhodes, 2002), Andre spent the better part of two decades building a career in online marketing. He previously also served as national marketing director for the official political opposition in South Africa.
Having identified a gap in the market for affordable European immigration solutions outside of Golden Visas, he launched D7 Visa to help more foreign individuals and families settle in Europe without the need for property investment. He spends a significant portion of his time based out of Porto.
Bruno Viana: COO & Senior Client Relationship Manager – Portugal
Born in Portugal and based in Braga, Bruno is a respected Portuguese immigration professional specializing in the D7 Visa.
Bruno and his team of reports serve as D7 Visa’s key account managers in Portugal, assisting clients from all over the world navigating the intricacies of Portuguese residency applications and relocating to Portugal.
He has extensive experience in guiding foreign retirees, investors and digital nomads through the application processes for the D7 Visa, D8 Visa and D2 Visa, as well as the Portuguese Golden Visa.
Bruno also assists clients with the lifestyle and logistics oriented aspects of settling into Portugal, including social security registration, drivers license conversion, school selection, and registering for the NHR.
Nuno Cerqueira: Senior Client Relationship Manager – Portugal
Born in Portugal and based in Braga, Nuno is a respected Portuguese immigration professional specializing in the D7 Visa.
Nuno and his team of reports serve as D7 Visa’s key account managers in Portugal, assisting new clients from all over the world with case file compilation and navigating the intricacies of relocating to Portugal.
He has extensive experience in guiding clients through the application process for the D7 and D2 Visas, as well as the Portuguese Golden Visa, and also advises clients on the lifestyle oriented aspects of settling in Portugal.
Sara Torres: Client Services Assistant – Portugal
A graduate of Universidade do Minho in Braga, Sara assists the account management team in serving the needs of our clients. Her key duties include client service, diary coordination and the scheduling of Zoom calls, as well as on-the-ground logistics and case file troubleshooting if and when needed.
Sandra Woest: Collaborating Advisor: US EB-5 Program
Sandra has played a pioneering role in introducing Citizenship By Investment and Residence By Investment products within the Southern African region. She has been actively involved in the industry since 2013, and is a longstanding member of the Investment Migration Council (IMC).
Sandra is a leading authority on the American EB-5 Visa program. She has personally assisted around 30 high net worth families in becoming American green card holders through the EB-5 program, with a 100% success rate. Her preferred EB-5 Regional Center partners have assisted well over 900 families, and also boast an uninterrupted success rate of 100%.
Sandra has also assisted countless other families with gaining alternative residency and citizenship by investment across a host of RBI and CBI programs.
She is well known and respected as an expert in the industry, and boasts extensive experience of all the programmes around the world. George is a leading expert on the Hungarian Residency By Investment program, and a veteran of the investment migration industry.
A graduate of the American University of Beirut, he pivoted into investment migration in 2009 from the IT sector. Since then, he has fulfilled various business development and private client relationship management roles within the industry. He has personally assisted well over 100 high net worth families in obtaining residency and citizenship outside of their home countries (including in Hungary).
